Return and refund policy
We are all human and sometimes items arrive damaged during transit, arrive incomplete, or do not meet your expectations. Let's see what we can do to make your experience with this dissatisfaction as pain-free as possible.
Damaged items: We do our very best to package your order securely and take pride in few packages arriving damaged. After items arrive at USPS damage can occur in transit. USPS insurance is added to all orders for the full price of the order and claims can be filed through USPS should items be damaged while in transit. (see Shipping for more information)
Missing items or "not what I expected": Squid Crystals does our best to describe each crystal during live shows, through video, in photography, and through text. Variance in color is possible due to screen settings.
You have two days after USPS marks the package "delivered" to report your concerns to Squid Crystals (see Contact us below). We recommend opening the order as soon as possible and checking that all items are present. Once we hear from you, Squid will respond with available solutions.
After two days, your order is considered complete and final.
